Although this is advertised as a one-way fare discount, you can stack two one-way fares for a round trip. Based on a test search for this story, one-way ticket prices are lower than those on the market. For example, you can book an Acela ticket from Washington, DC to New York from June 10 to 13 for $126 round-trip; Each one-way ticket is sold at 63 USD.
