Tesla will launch fully autonomous driving mode in Europe, China from Q1 2025; in RHD markets from late Q1, early Q2 2025

Tesla has announced through Tesla AI X/Twitter said its fully autonomous driving assistance suite will launch in Europe and China in the first quarter of next year pending regulatory approval.

Tesla CEO Elon Musk responded to the post’s comments section, adding that he “hopes” full autonomous driving will be available in right-hand drive vehicles by late Q1 2025 or early Q2, and that this will also depend on regulatory approval.

This is part of a release roadmap revealed by Tesla AI, which reveals software updates that will be rolled out this month including Truly intelligent summoningAutopark and FSD for Cybertruck, eye tracking while wearing sunglasses, and more.

Additionally, Unpark, Park, and Reverse functions for fully autonomous driving are also scheduled for release in October, as is version 13 of the software which is said to bring ‘[six times] ‘Improve the interval between necessary interventions’, according to the roadmap.

The Full Self Driving version is priced at RM32,000 while the Enhanced Autopilot is priced at RM16,000 on Tesla’s website, although FSD is currently not allowed in Malaysia.
