Karma Reveals Ivara SUV Concept, Plans to Produce More PHEVs


Karma on Friday revealed Ivara Concept at The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering, one of the premier events of Monterey Car Week 2024 aired last week in California.

Joining Karma’s booth are those previously revealed. Kaveya Sports Car And Gyesera sports car. The Kaveya was shown in Monterey with a redesigned interior that Karma says is representative of the design it plans to put into production.

The Ivara is a sleek, coupe-like SUV that is expected to debut in production in late 2027. It seats four and features design elements that Karma says will appear on its future product line.

The Revero has a pair of electric motors on the rear axle that provide a total output of 536 horsepower and BMW-sourced 1.5-liter turbocharged inline-three sits in the front and serves solely as a generator for the battery. Karma estimates a range of 80 miles using just the battery and over 360 miles using the gas engine.
