Bruce Seldon Jr., son of former heavyweight champion Bruce Seldon, won his second professional fight on Friday, completely dominating Isaiah Margheim in a scheduled four-round heavyweight bout. Tasting the mat twice, Margheim was lucky to escape further punishment when the referee stopped the fight in the second round.

Next up, middleweight Jacob Solis put his 4-0 record on the line against 2-1-1 James Abraham in a scheduled four-round bout. The opening round was a battle of punches. Things slowed down in the second. The energy level picked up in the third as the left-handed Solis began landing effectively. Solis continued to land well in the fourth and final round, good enough for the referee to step in and end the fight before the final bell.

It was time for the main event. Freddy Espinoza put his 10-5 record on the line against popular local middleweight, 9-0 Justin Figueroa, in a scheduled six-round bout. The first round saw Figueroa land a clean left and more or less dominate. Espinoza proved himself a contender in the second round, but Figueroa seemed to have the stronger skill set. When he landed, you knew it hurt Espinoza.

Figueroa patiently stalked his opponent in the third round until the right moment came. Then, when the moment came, the Atlantic City native unloaded. The referee, seeing no reason for the contest to continue, wisely stopped the fight.
