HoYoVerse to shared Details on the latest Voice of the Galaxy update and it’s confirmed to be improved Honkai: Star Rails Relic filtering and character suggestions. This feature is designed to make it easier to find gear in the standard Relic menu as well as in the Corrosive Caverns and Simulated Universe areas.
With Relic filter, Honkai: Star Rails will now allow people to search and save up to 30 schemas based on character suggestions. When this happens, you can search for a character, perhaps choose a set and rarity, mention primary and secondary stats, then create a filter schema and save. You can also set up quicklock or quickremove when doing so. This will allow people to go back and quickly check if new Relics earned from Caverns of Corrosion or other means are a better fit for people based on pre-defined criteria.
The ability to use this type of equipment based on secondary stats is also new to 2.4. This is one of the new sorting options. The game will also highlight in gold when the primary and secondary stats in Relic are the recommended ones for the character. For example, in a sample screenshot, HoYoVerse showed how the secondary stats CRIT Rate and CRIT DMG are highlighted.
Finally, there are now three areas in Honkai: Star Rails where checking the Relics details lets you see character suggestions. So let’s say someone selects the Caverns of Corrosion section, then taps the Relics icons to see more information. It will also show recommended characters for those sets. In the example screenshot that HoYoVerse shared with us, we see Path of Dreamdive Cavern of Corrosion, which has the Pioneer Diver of Dead Waters and Watchmaker Master of Dream Machinations sets, and the game recommends Acheron, Aventurine, and Dr. Ration.
Honkai: Star Rails Available for PS5, PC and mobile and 2.4 will be released on July 31, 2024.
