The Devil Wears Prada Finally Gets a Sequel

I live and die by The devil loves branded goods. It’s endlessly quotable, must-see, hilariously over-the-top, and timelessly iconic. Now, eighteen years after its theatrical release, we finally have a sequel. Round ball And Duration reports that a second film is currently in early development at Disney. According to Deadline, key behind-the-scenes figures from the original film are in talks to return, including director David Frankel, screenwriter Aline Brosh McKenna, and producer Wendy Finerman. There’s no word yet on whether Anne HathawayMeryl Streep and Emily Blunt will reprise their roles, but it’s safe to say the sequel wouldn’t be anything without them.
