The Essential is one of our favorite pans. It, um, essential in the kitchen. We like that it works well for all types of tasks. Its high sides help prevent grease from splattering on your countertop, and it can function as a flat-bottomed pan or even as a replacement for a Dutch oven. It is also dishwasher safe.
If you tend to spill sautéed vegetables out of the frying pan, then a deeper saute pan is just what you need. It has a large base for cooking but high sides to keep ingredients inside the pan and out of the stove. Plus, the edges are flat so you can use them for leverage if you flip something with a spoon.
Everyone needs a good, large, stainless steel frying pan. It’s not nonstick, which takes a little getting used to—make sure your grease is hot before adding food—but once you get used to cooking with stainless, you’ll never I want more non-stick. Good quality stainless steel provides even heat, fewer hot spots, and makes cooking easier once you get the hang of it.

These measuring cups are super durable. Your grandchild will probably be able to use them. I like that they are insightful. When I pour a quarter cup of oil for a recipe, I don’t have to worry about keeping my hand steady like I do with shallower, wider measuring cups.
Since shipping costs $10, these won’t be a big deal, but they could make a solid add-on if you order larger. It’s hard to say much about the pothole owner. They may or may not work. These do and they are easy to clean.
