Pokémon designer and Sword & Shield Art director James Turner may no longer be working on Game Freak, but it looks like he’s involved in the new entries Pokémon Scarlet and Violet before he left the company.
In a social media post, Turner revealed that he actually designed professors Sada (Scarlet) and Turo (Violet) in the new game. You know, who caused a stir on the internet when they were first revealed. He even shared his own illustrations of them:
