NFL Week 14 Weather Update: Light winds, little rain, and snow in forecast ease decisions that start imagining

Last week saw one of the most weather-affected games of the season, as both the Bills and Patriots were closed due to high winds. It’s easy to predict the weather Week 14 NFL will see more bad conditions, but overall, this could be one of the more peaceful weeks since Halloween. Meteorologist Kevin Roth of RotoGrinders here to help us break down the weather updates you need to know before you decide to start your fantasy.

Before we get into the Week 14 forecast, here’s a reminder that if you have any questions about sports weather or how the weather might affect play (and, potentially, your fantasy, DFS and gambling decisions), don’t hesitate to contact RotoGrinders Meteorologist Kevin Roth on Twitter (@KevinRothWx) or check hourly NFL weather forecast on RotoGrinders. Forecasts are allowed for Kevin Roth at RotoGrinders

Raiders @ Chiefs. Winds in the 15-20 mph range are never fun, but they aren’t likely to have a big influence on your imaginary decisions. If you’re really worried, you might want to skip the kickers here, but even that isn’t entirely necessary.

WEEK 14 USE DFS: DraftKings | FanDuel | Yahoo!

Crows @ Browns. This is another game with the potential for minor wind problems, as gusts can occur at around 15 mph. Overall, that’s manageable for all players.

WEEK 14 STANDARD RANKING:
Midfielder | Run back | Wide receiver | Tight ending | VND / ST | Kicker

Saints @ Jets. There are more light winds here (10-13 mph). We only mention it because QB isn’t the biggest, so give the defence a little support.

RotoGrinders-Weather-Edge

Bills @ Buccaneers. The chance of rain and wind around 10 mph is about 20%. Unless the forecast turns significantly worse, there’s no weather-related reason to leave any of these powerful fouling players on the bench.

WEEK 14 PPR RANKING:
Midfielder | Run back | Wide receiver | Tight ending | VND / ST | Kicker

Bears @ Packers. It will be the coldest game of the week, with temperatures around freezing, but no rain and winds of around 12 mph are expected, nothing to worry about.
