Stacey Silva and Florian Sukaj said “I do” again.
The couple, who married in April 2020, exchanged vows on November 3 during a ceremony in Connecticut, according to People. While their 2020 wedding only featured Stacey, Florian and a ceremony person, the November 3 ceremony provided an opportunity for the couple to walk down the aisle in front of loved ones.
“This is the moment we’ve been waiting for,” Stacey said People. “We’re here now. We’ve made it. To say our vows in front of family and friends, it’s breathtaking.”
Their special day held at Saybrook Point Resort & Marina welcomed 40 guests, per store. In terms of atmosphere, the ceremony and reception are decorated with candles and crystals.
Looking back at their intimate wedding more than two years ago, Stacey noted that she and Florian – who have been together for eight years – just “couldn’t wait any longer.”
“It was very special and unique even though it was a time when everyone was locked in,” she said. “We will never forget that moment because it was so intimate. But we always wanted to have the wedding of our dreams.”
