Just put the sandals down for a second — I know it’s tempting to wear them 24/7 in this hot weather — but the wave of cool sneakers that’s raging around right now is worth it. to experiment. Sneaker trends can come and go naturally, which means that even halfway through the year, January styles and trend names can change (and they do). While classic white sneakers dominated last season, the current vibe is all about ultra-sporty silhouettes dripping in statement colors and details. All in all, the recent Asics cult of fashionistas, is perhaps the biggest example of this shift. Could it just be that the era of white sneakers was made for? It seems so – at least for now.
