Every year as fall approaches, an unconscious switch pops in my head, shifting all my waking thoughts from skirts, miniskirts, and shorts to pants-period. From September to April, if I don’t wear jeans, you can bet big money that I’m wearing some kind of pants, be it a wide leg or a more fitted style. This season, however, my picks seem a little less broad and more focused on one particular style of pants: flares.
After years of searching for the perfect breeches for work, play, and everything in between, I finally chose flares as a style to beat.
