28 French Girl – Inspired by Nordstrom Found My Aunt and I Love

I said it before and I’ll say it again: my aunt is one of my biggest style inspirations. In the 29 years I’ve been her granddaughter, I’ve never seen her look anything less than chic and polished, so it should come as no surprise when I tell you that her job is to help people find their personal style. Almost everyone in my family looks to her for style advice (including me), and since we both work in the fashion industry now, I’m constantly texting her about everything from the coolest trends to know about to what I’m considering buying.

At this moment, my aunt was also intoxicated with the comfortable feeling of French style like my fellow editors and I. When we compared shopping lists, both of our lists were filled with Parisian classics like easy-to-wear flats, classic jeans, and beautiful silk blouses that were incredibly chic and timeless. I thought it would be fun to put my editing skills to the test and create a Nordstrom shopping list for my aunt that included all the items that would help her create a French-inspired wardrobe.
