2023 Suzuki GSX-8S | Rate first look
At the EICMA show in Milan, Italy, Suzuki has revealed the all-new 776cc DOHC Twin-Twin engine that will power two new models – the 2023 Suzuki V-Strom 800DE (and the Adventure variant) and the 2023 Suzuki GSX-8S.

Suzuki says the 2023 GSX-8S is an “all-new midsize street car with a powerful engine, nimble chassis, electronic driver assistance kit, and stunning looks.”

The compact 776cc tandem engine is housed in a new sturdy steel frame design that utilizes a 270-degree firing order to generate strong torque and is equipped with Suzuki’s proprietary Cross Balancer system to minimize drag vibrate. The car also has a wired electronic throttle control system, Suzuki Clutch Assist System (SCAS) and a two-way quick shift system.
The Suzuki GSX-8S 2023 also comes with the Suzuki Intelligent Driving System (SIRS) with a three-mode Suzuki Drive Mode Selector, a four-mode Advanced Traction Control System, ABS, and a Start Assist system. Suzuki’s easy handling and low RPM.

The new saddle rails are designed to support the rider and, when combined with the 3.69 gal fuel tank with a narrow rear end flowing into the saddle, contribute to the slim and neat appearance of the GSX-8S.
Suspension is provided by a KYB upside-down fork with 130mm of travel with stable damping at the front that makes the bike suitable for both sports and long-distance riding, and a specialized KYB-link monoshock system. for use with a mechanical preload regulator at the rear.
Stopping power comes from Nissin radial 4-piston front brake calipers combined with 310mm outer diameter floating dual discs. The rear brake has a 240mm outer diameter disc and uses a single sliding piston brake caliper.
The cast aluminum wheels have a new lightweight design and are fitted with new generation Dunlop RoadSport 2 radial tires (120/70ZR17 front; 180/55ZR17 rear), and Suzuki says the tapered aluminum handlebars carry It feels like a “sporty upright sitting position that is comfortable and has a wide enough grip to contribute to active control when steering. And with a height of 31.9 inches, the saddle has been designed to firmly support the rider towards its rear edge.

The car has a 5-inch color TFT LCD multi-function instrument panel, vertically stacked LED headlights in a hexagonal shell above which are LED position lights, turn signals and LED tail lights.
All combined, the GSX-8S has a curb weight of 445 lb and carries styling that Suzuki says creates “a powerful new mass-oriented look that is attractive, slim, compact, well-balanced and available.” ready to act.”
The Suzuki GSX-8S 2023 comes in three colors, each with unique icons and graphics that help define the latest performance sports motorcycle and first appeared on the 2022 GSX-S1000.
