My dog used to have very severe itchy skin, tried everything until the dermatologist said to let them roll in wet clay and mud bath, let it dry and wash it with warm Luke water twice. a week and within a month it will be gone if you have one. Spar sites near you specialize in mud and clay treatment see if they sell you a few buckets and do it in your backyard
