1990s R&B singer Keith Martin found dead in the Philippines. . . Suspect family foul play !!
Popular 1990s R&B singer Keith Martin has been found dead in his Philippine apartment, MTO News has confirmed. And at least one member of his family suspect that his death may have been caused by “one of his young girlfriends.”
Singer ‘Because of You’, 57 years old, was discovered by people inside a high-rise complex in Quezon City, Philippines.
Neighbors reported a pungent smell coming from one of the apartments on the sixth floor at 7:15 a.m. Friday, according to local police.
Witnesses said the officially identified body was discovered lying in bed.

At this time, the cause of death has not been determined. But MTO News spoke to one of Keith’s family members living in the United States, and that person suspects foul play.
The family member, who asked not to be named, told MTO News that Keith moved to the Philippines nearly a decade ago. And had dated many women much younger than his years while in the Asian country.
The family member continued, “Keith is in good health. They should investigate whether any of the women he was traveling with did something to him. “
Influenced by the popularity of Jackson 5 and Stevie Wonder as a child, Keith began writing music at the age of 19.
He was a member of the group Masquerade throughout the 1980s, before his work as a solo artist, songwriter and producer earned him a large following around the world.
His most notable single is “Because of You”, which is still hugely popular in the US and Asia.
