That’s why we’ve found the top hotels worldwide with kids clubs so you can make your next vacation the perfect mix of family time and downtime.

Keep in mind that kids clubs on this list require an additional fee and/or advance reservations. For the most part, this is done to track the number of children who come in and out of the facility and to plan accordingly for activities.

What is a kids club in a hotel?

A hotel kids club is typically a space where you can drop your children off for adult-supervised games, activities and playtime. Most have indoor and outdoor play spaces, as well. Not all hotels have kids clubs, but those that do can be game-changers for families. You’ll most often find them at all-inclusive resorts but also at high-end hotel brands like Four Seasons and the St. Regis.

Traveling with kids is always an adventure, but at these best-of-the-best hotel kids clubs, they can choose their own adventure. Read on for our top picks.

St. Regis Punta Mita

The St. Regis Punta Mita is on a small private peninsula near Puerto Vallarta. Its secluded beachfront location, comfortable guest rooms and family-friendly amenities make the resort well suited for families with young children.

Children ages 5 to 12 can experience even more of the St. Regis‘ kid-friendly fun at the complimentary La Tortuga Children’s Club. Staff members plan exciting indoor and outdoor activities for kids, and there is a sand play area, sports court and nap room if they get tuckered out. The hotel does not offer babysitting services, but they can provide the number of a third-party local vendor to coordinate care.

Rates at the St. Regis Punta Mita start at around $630 or 84,000 Marriott Bonvoy points per night.

Hyatt Ziva Cancun

Plenty of family-friendly all-inclusive resorts have on-site water parks, but the Hyatt Ziva Cancun is one of the few with a miniature water park just for kids. These pint-size slides and shallow pool are part of the resort’s KidZ Club (get it, “Z” for Ziva), which is available to children ages 4 to 12. Children can make arts and crafts, play with toys and video games and explore the beach with staff members.

Older kids can visit the complimentary @Moods Lounge and Club, a hot spot where teens can play VR games or table games like pool and foosball. The resort can arrange babysitting for younger children for an additional fee.

Rates at the Hyatt Ziva Cacun start at around $470 or 35,000 World of Hyatt points per night.

Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa — Grand Cayman

The Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa is along the shores of Grand Cayman island’s famous Seven Mile Beach, where kids can explore the soft, white sands and translucent waters of the Caribbean Sea to their heart’s content.

If you need a break from your little explorers for some spa time or a nap in an oceanfront cabana, let them spend a few hours in Kimpton’s Camp Seafire. Designed for kids ages 5 to 12, Camp Seafire’s daily programming includes crafting, outdoor games, swimming, snacks and time at the SPLASH at Seafire water park.

Advance reservations and an additional fee are required to access Camp Seafire. Half-day sessions are $75 per child, and full-day sessions are $130 per child. Hourly sessions are also available for $40 per child per hour.

Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa — Ko Olina, Hawaii

With “Disney” right there in the name, it’s really no surprise that Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa is essentially a family-friendly theme park without the rides. Guests of the Hawaii resort can meet favorite Disney friends, splash and swim in the seven-acre pool complex and learn to draw Disney characters — all included with your stay.

Guests also have access to Aunty’s Beach House, a kids club for children ages 5 to 12. Aunty’s Beach House is more than just a playhouse where kids can dress up, play with toys and watch Disney movies. It’s a place where they can learn about Hawaiian history and cultural traditions through crafts, activities and “magical moments” like “portals” depicting scenes from around Hawaii that kids can experience during their visit.

Advance reservations are required, and some activities do require an additional fee.

Conrad Bora Bora Nui — French Polynesia

The pristine waters and floating bungalows at the Conrad Bora Bora Nui make it a bucket-list island destination for many travelers. Though it may sound more like a romantic rendezvous than a family vacation, the Conrad caters to family travelers from check-in to checkout.

With activities like Tahitian dance lessons and pareo (Tahitian sarong) painting, kids ages 5 to 12 won’t want to leave the resort’s Tamariki Kids Club. There are indoor and outdoor play areas where kids can learn to make flower crowns, swing and slide at the playground or go on a treasure hunt.

Kids club admission is included in the cost of your stay, and babysitting services for younger children are available for an additional fee of $30 per hour until 9 p.m. and $40 per hour after 9 p.m.

Puente Romano Beach Resort — Marbella, Malaga, Spain

Puente Romano Beach Resort in Malaga on the southern coast of Spain sees its kids club as more than just a place where kids can swim and play (though they can do both of those things) while the grown-ups do grown-up things.

La Casita Club was designed to be a place where kids can participate in their own version of “grown-up activities” like horseback riding, movie-making, and tennis lessons from a professional at the resort’s world-renowned tennis club.

Kids ages 5 to 12 can also play video games, work on their Spanish language skills, watch movies, play in a treehouse made from recycled materials, attend yoga classes and collect produce from the resort’s organic herb garden. There’s even a pizza oven where they can make their own lunch.

Puente Romano has separate clubs for kids up to 4 years old and one for teens to jam out during DJ sessions, learn to make sushi, choreograph TikTok dances and more. Access to the kids club is 50 euros ($52) for the morning session and 45 euros ($47) for the afternoon session.

The Royal at Atlantis — Paradise Island, Bahamas

Atlantis Paradise Island claims to have the “coolest kids club in the Caribbean,” and that just may be true. Guests of any Atlantis resort have access to the kids club, but The Royal is a fan favorite with its central location and iconic design. When kids ages 3 to 12 visit Atlantis Kids Adventures, they can visit the land of make-believe during a baby doll tea party, pretend to be their parents at a pint-size grocery store, take a cooking class or curl up with a good book in a cozy reading nook.

And that’s just during the daytime. At night, the Atlantis Kids Adventures club hosts talent shows, sports challenges, “sleepless” slumber parties, a candy carnival with face painting and sour candy challenges, Willy Wonka-themed games and more.

Four Seasons Resort Los Cabos at Costa Palma — Los Cabos, Mexico

The Kids For All Seasons program is a staple of many Four Seasons resorts across the world, including the Four Seasons Resort Los Cabos at Costa Palma. Kids aged 4 to 12 can spend their days making (and breaking) their own pinatas, riding bikes, searching for seashells and much more. Access to the kids club is complimentary.

Children who aren’t quite old enough to while away the hours at the complimentary kids club can utilize the resort’s babysitting services for an additional fee, but guests also have access to complimentary baby care items like nursing pillows, cribs, white noise machines and more.

Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya All-Inclusive Resort

The Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya is Tulum’s first Hilton all-inclusive resort and the largest Hilton resort in the Caribbean and Latin America. Like many all-inclusive resorts, this one caters to families with a selection of Family Suites designed with kids in mind that are closest to the pools, waterslides and complimentary clubs for kids and teens.

The kids club is designed for children ages 4 through 12 and includes access to a playground and splash pad, as well as indoor and outdoor activities like mask decorating and pool float races. The teens’ club has age-appropriate features like a cinema room, video games, table games and water volleyball.

Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Punta Cana

Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Punta Cana is an all-inclusive resort that brings you into the world of favorite Nickelodeon shows, new and old. Interacting with characters from “Paw Patrol,” “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles,” “SpongeBob SquarePants” and so many more makes this resort a clear winner for both kids and parents. Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa

When you stay at Coconut Bay Beach Resort & Spa in St. Lucia, you’ll have access to the island’s largest water park, along with a 50,000-square-foot kids club. Families are welcome in the resort’s Splash section, which keeps you close to amenities like a large pool, splash area, lazy river and the Coconut Coaster waterslide at the beachfront water park.

You’ll also have access to a complimentary Kidz Klub with supervised games, crafts, water activities and more. There’s also a pint-sized version of activities like zip lining and rock climbing and an animal sanctuary. Kids are split into groups based on age, with one group for kids aged 3 and younger, one for kids 4 to 7 and one for kids 8 to 12.

The Platinum Card® from American Express

Earning rates: This card earns 5 points per dollar spent on airfare purchased directly with the airlines or through the Amex Travel portal (on up to $500,000 of airfare purchases per calendar year, then 1 point per dollar spent). Benefits: Cardholders get $300 back in credits annually for bookings made through Capital One Travel, plus 10,000 bonus miles every account anniversary, starting on your first anniversary (worth $100 toward travel). Through the Capital One Premier Collection, cardmembers can enjoy free breakfast, on-property credits and room upgrades (if available) on stays at participating properties booked through Capital One Travel. Chase Sapphire Preferred Card

Earning rates: This card accrues 5 points per dollar spent on travel booked through the Chase travel portal, on Lyft purchases (through March 2025) and on Peloton equipment and accessory purchases of $150 or more (through March 2025, with a limit of 25,000 bonus points). It also racks up 3 points per dollar spent on dining, select streaming services and online grocery store purchases (excluding Target, Walmart and wholesale clubs); 2 points per dollar spent on all travel not booked through the Chase travel portal; and 1 point per dollar spent on everything else.

Benefits: Cardholders receive a $50 statement credit on hotel stays purchased through the Chase Ultimate Rewards travel portal upon opening the card and each following cardmember’s anniversary.
