We had our first beach vacation with a toddler last week, and it was so much fun and refreshing! I mean relaxing, but I can’t claim that traveling with a toddler is the definition of relaxation, ha!
However, our son did a great job and enjoyed sitting on the beach chair and eating snacks – but not sold on the sand. I’d say he has his right to be.
It’s so much fun to visit the beach, I come home and immediately change all my decorations for the fall and it makes me feel so happy and cozy! Here’s what I love this week!
1. This one vegetable cutter was an Amazon find, and oh my gosh, that’s awesome! It already has 70k positive reviews and a small storage box.
2. Pull out the falling and spooky decorations. I just ordered a wreath from this etsy shop (@ simple.piper.rae) and drag this pumpkin one out of my storage. Elsie’s archived post Still my inspiration and goal for holiday decorating!
3. I bought this cute little vase for my bookcase. The Hearth and Hand Collection This fall is super cute! The little Charlie Brown mug is from Home Goods and is worth $5!
4. I made it s’mores dip, and it’s a fun and easy treat! Even so, if you’re interested in a more classic TV series (and the answer to the s’mores song is always the same), Emma has put together all the tips for Make it in the oven, air fryer or microwave.
5. I’m rereading Mitford series. it’s like a warm and super comforting blanket every time I read the series.
6. This one fleece blanket tutorial gave me so much nostalgia! My friends and I often make these for each other for Christmas gifts.
7. This little girl waffle maker is super cute. I love turning on the mini waffle maker every season for a fun weekend breakfast. If you’re craving pancakes but are short on milk, try Emma’s Homemade pancakes (no dairy) formula.
8. I just watched the trailer for Onionthe Pull out the knife sequel, and can’t wait for it to come out!
9. Smart Sweets debuted with a caramel—I saw a bag at Target and tried them on. They are really good!
10. Decide if I will order these sneakers or if they will get dirty too quickly.
