And you can imagine anything more romantic than breakfast in a hotel bed, served on a delicate paper plate, featuring a smooth, handcrafted red velvet waffle and knowing all the effort has gone into it. create it?
Picture it: The love of your life pours a hearty red waffle batter (pun intended) into a paper cup; romantically spray the smoldering waffle with a buttery, non-sticky solution as gracefully as one would spray a bottle of Le Labo Santal 33; skillfully fill thick dough into a contoured waffle mold; close the lid like a Cartier ring box; and flip it so sweet.
Three minute countdown, one beep and voila! Red velvet love. (Okay, it might not be that thing romantic, but thinking matters!)
But even if your Hampton breakfast isn’t served by a butler on a luxurious “Pretty Woman” silver tray at the Four Seasons, you Maybe believe that breakfast will be free. Hampton, with more than 2,800 hotels scattered across the map, is one of Hilton’s trademarks offers complimentary breakfast to guests every day of the year, along with a number of other Hilton staples like Tru by Hilton, Homewood Suites by Hilton, and Embassy Suites.
For travelers, a free breakfast is serious business — and can save a lot of money, especially compared to luxury hotels where breakfast can easily cost 30 to 40 dollars. dollars per person, if not more. In fact, in a 2022 survey of 2,000 travelers authorized by Hilton, the company found that free breakfast is the #1 amenity people look for when booking a hotel.

However, everyone loves breakfast, but that doesn’t mean waffles are the most loved breakfast item. As we reported last year, Hilton also surveyed travelers and asked if they could only eat one breakfast item for the rest of their lives, what would it be? The answer: archenemy of waffles, pancakes.

Hilton’s red velvet waffles should be extra cautious – Hilton’s own brand of Tru offers pancake machines, which are almost like magic.
If we want to get into the real details, Hilton’s Embassy Suites brand actually beats Hampton in terms of TPG battle of free breakfast, where we compared 10 of the most popular hotel brands that offer free breakfast in a head-to-head contest filled with syrups, eggs, and waffles. Thanks to a variety of hot breakfast offerings and a made-to-order omelette stand, Embassy Suites took the crown.
Competition aside, Hampton’s red velvet waffles are a (literally) sweet treat for those having to spend Cupid’s big day on the road. Even better, waffles can be topped with a variety of toppings like sprinkles, chocolate chips, whipped cream, berry jam and more. (But as we know in the battle for free breakfast, each hotel has a different offering – Hilton claims red velvet waffles will be offered at nearly 1,800 hotels in the US and Canada.)
