I bought a ’90s butterfly shirt (which I’m wearing below) at a sale last week, and my younger generation brain is therefore satisfied with it. OH! Exactly one sentence.
The term “Y2K” is often used to describe fashion, but it 100% reminds me of the worldwide computer that scared my 1999 freshman high school student.
Remember when we anxiously shut down our computers before midnight on New Year’s Eve, wondering if our data would be obfuscated forever? It’s funny to think about it now.
Here are 10 things I like right now!
1. The second half of the final season of It’s better to call Saul started last week and I can’t understand how good the episode is. I watch it with Emma and Trey on a Monday night and always look forward to it.
2. Do I talk much about lip gloss? Maybe, but Kosas ‘Wet Lip Oil Gloss so magical. It’s a lip balm/gloss combo and it’s become my go-to (instead of lipstick) this summer because it’s so moisturizing.
3. Mine favorite comfortable tee (and it’s on big discount right now).
4. Elsie tagged me in this Cheap Old Homes post on IG the other day, and I can’t stop thinking about how PERFECT the house is.
5. I don’t own a lot of kitchen utensils, but I to be pride of the owner of a Quick egg cooker. It works great!
6. Speaking of kitchen tools, I put fresh cucumber slices in water bottle every other day. How did I just think about this? It makes the water way more appealing and it feels quite fancy.
7. Too early? (Laughs nervously)
8. My most recent Etsy purchase was this goth summer shirt … clear.
9. This 5 in 1 left in spray bottle helped keep my wavy hair frizz free during the wet months. Highly recommend it!
10. I’m a fan of anything colorful — especially these Tritan plastic juice cup. I really want to buy salad bowl/pasta next.
