Women’s safety: Clubs see growing demand for self-defense classes
Several clubs told the BBC that more and more women were taking self-defense classes.
The surge in demand follows a series of celebrity murders, leading to deeper discussions about women’s safety.
Patrice Bonnafoux, a coach at the Krav-Maga club in south-east London, said 75% of the requests his team received this year were from women.
Attendees were explained why they decided to exercise the right to self-defense.
