On a deserted street, a woman noticed a number of dogs chained to a post by a leash in the scorching heat. The dogs were annoyed, but she assumed their owners would be nearby. She realized that the dogs might have been abandoned later that night, leaving her unable to sleep through the night. She couldn’t sleep through the night because she was worried about the dogs.

The next day, she returned to the scene and discovered that her worries were correct. The dogs remained chained in the sun, which indicates that they are hungry and dehydrated. According to the woman, the woman who saved them and put them in the back of her car appeared to be dying. She sobbed at the injustice of this poor homeless dog’s plight.
