Do you have a dog that is too smart for their sake? A person who often performs clever and naughty actions that make you scratch your head? Then you can imagine the woes of the Warwick family having to contain the sly dog Darcie!
The trouble with Darcie began when her mother, Mary, came home from work to find Darcie waiting at the window to greet her. A cute welcome for sure, but Darcie is said to be in the kitchen with her four canine siblings, a small gate keeping them there. Wondering how the short-legged dwarf got through the gate, Mary set up a camera and a cute story was recorded!

The video shows Darcie skillfully using the escape tool she has at her disposal, and that tool is Benson, her brother, a three-year-old American Pocket Bulldog. Since Benson is so tall, Darcie can climb on his back and perform his jump quite simply!
And when we see Darcie jump through the gate, Benson looks at the camera in disbelief. Or one declares, “I did nothing! I was just standing here!”

Another of the pet dog hoarders was watching Darcie’s mischief with an expression that said, “Someone’s going to get it, and it’s not me!”
We watch Darcie make a successful escape in less than thirty seconds, but her second attempt shows us that the trick of jumping on Benson’s back to escape doesn’t always work out. After all, how can you use your brother to jump over the gate if your brother isn’t standing near the gate? But her plans are often so successful that Mary has to build a higher gate, so Darcie stays.
Trouble With Darcie
And Mary knows that out of her five dogs, Doxie Darcie is the one most likely to be the center of all trouble in the house, To share, “She is more mischievous than other dogs; She’s like a leader.”
“Darcie is someone who, if she had a roll of toilet paper, threaded it. You can’t leave the laundry in the kitchen because she’ll pull all the clothes down,” Mary shared. “She was just being a little naughty.”
“Absolute monkey” Darcie is the only escapee in the house. But Mary doesn’t doubt the abilities of others, saying, “Others can, but they can’t.”
They were good kids, and Darcie, “she just came in and completely ruined it.”
But who doesn’t love a cute troublemaker? We definitely do!
