Watch the adorable pig complete his bedtime routine
Just like people, many pets have routines that they enjoy in their daily lives.
For example, have an active dog morning dance, or the pig is enjoying going to the toilet before going to bed.
In a video shared on YouTube, you can see Kevin the pig at his evening party and it’s pretty cute. The adorable pig lives with his family in Brentwood, California, and he can enjoy the finer things in life, such as pets and cuddling in his own bed.
Kevin is a 5-year-old “mini” pig that weighs less than 300lbs. While most mini pigs are adopted by well-intentioned families eventually die or in shelter Before they were 2 years old, according to National Geographic, Kevin was blessed with a family that knew what it took to have a pet pig.
They gave him a comfortable crib, a dog bed that doubles as a pig bed, and lots of love. Kevin’s place in the family is inside the house, so he has a special piggy bank that he uses to get himself outside to potty. However, he doesn’t like to sit on the potty when it rains outside.
Before going to bed every night, Kevin has to go to the potty, but when it’s raining outside, he needs a little coaxing to stay motivated – like the promise of some blueberries afterward.
After completing his business and being well rewarded, Kevin slowly went upstairs before falling asleep for the night.

Pigs are extremely intelligent, sentient animals with high intelligence and love to give. Sadly, many people adopt pigs thinking they will forever be like little piglets when that simply isn’t the case. Pigs are much more maintainable than most dogs and are not easy to train.
For starters, they grow much larger than dogs (even the “mini” pigs, which can grow up to 300lbs). They also root and nest naturally, which means they can tear carpets, scratch wood, and drag random items around the house to nest.
They also cannot walk or run as long as dogs because of their knees and legs. Pig owners need to provide ample space for pigs to exercise and stretch without taking long walks.
Anyone considering adopting a pig should speak to a rescue team or pig shelter to get a full, accurate picture of what actually entails pig ownership!
