Rory McIlroy hit the first hole-in-one of his career on the PGA Tour in the first round of the 2023 Visitors’ Championship on Thursday. He took a 214-yard par-3 eighth hole to take an early 1-under lead in his first game after narrowly missing out on a 5th-place finish at the 2023 US Open last weekend in Los Angeles. .
The best part? The way he hit that little one pulled out to the right and slowly brought it back into the hole.

Out of four starts at Travelers, he never finished in the top 10 despite always finishing in the top 20.
