Ukraine’s Su-27 is now also compatible with AGM-88 HARM

The Armed Forces of Ukraine are actively expanding the compatibility of their military aircraft with American-made weapons systems. Now, Ukraine’s Su-27 has become the second aircraft capable of carrying anti-radar missile AGM-88 HARM.

Previously such compatibility introduced with the Soviet-era MiG-29 The aircraft is currently used by the Ukrainian Air Force.
A new image published online shows the Su-27 equipped with AGM-88. This information has yet to be officially confirmed.

Based on Defense ExpressThe photo above shows a Su-27S of the 831st Tactical Aviation Brigade. Experts also say that this may also indicate that the Ukrainian military uses HARM missiles not only from MiG-29 or Su-27 but also possibly from other aircraft.
This may also indicate the fact that anti-radar missiles of this particular type are being supplied regularly to Ukraine. A new batch of AGM-88 HARM anti-radar missiles are also among the supplies listed in latest military aid package from US announced on September 8.
