As the week begins, here’s a look ahead and a series of key developments over the past week.

What to watch this week

Ukrainians are worried after President Volodymyr Zelenskyy warned of more Russian missile attacks to come, even as Ukraine races to restore heating and electricity after recent heavy attacks. into infrastructure.

foreign minister Antony Blinken and Foreign Ministers of NATO Allies am traveling to Romania this week for meetings. NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg is due to meet with the leaders of Romania on Monday.

Germany will also hold high-level meetings this week.
