The movie ‘Abbott Elementary’ featured some famous faces, but Tyler James Williams is pushing for a superstar to emerge. According to PEOPLE, Tyler James Williams wants Solange Knowles to join the cast of the upcoming season!

Tyler James Williams Suggests Superstar Siblings for ‘Abbott Elementary’
In an exclusive interview with PEOPLE, Tyler said he believes Solange could play a member of his family in the film because they’re so similar.
“I would love to have Solange Knowles as a cousin. I feel like we look alike. Like we and my dad is Orlando Jones. Yeah, I think Solange would be great. Just another family member.”
While Solange has yet to respond to Tyler’s request, fans would likely love to see her on the hit comedy series. His request comes after a number of stars, including Bradley Cooper, Kevin Hart, Questlove, and Taraji P. Henson, have also made surprise appearances on the show.
‘Abbott Elementary’ often becomes popular because of its comedic cast, which includes Quinta Brunson, Sheryl Lee Ralph, Janelle James, Lisa Ann WalterAnd Chris Perfect.
The show was a hit during the 2022 and 2023 awards seasons, winning a Golden Globe, Emmy, and NAACP Image Award.
What’s next for season 4 of ‘Abbott Elementary’?
Quinta Brunson briefly discussed what fans can expect from season four when the cast reunites at San Diego Comic-Con 2024 on July 27. PEOPLE reports that the actress revealed that a crossover episode is in the works for season four.
“I won’t tell you who, what, where or when, but it’s really exciting, and I think it’s going to change television as we know it,” Quinta explained.
Additionally, the author shared with Glamour last year that school shootings would never be a part of ‘Abbott.’
“I just thought about the day-to-day in a workplace comedy, and I didn’t think about the actual day-to-day in the classroom,” Quinta explains. “There are two different realities. One is the reality that exists in the classroom, where the teacher is just trying to get through a lesson. And then there’s the outside perspective of us interacting with the teacher through the news.”
ABC will officially premiere the fourth season on October 9, but the first three seasons can be streamed on Hulu.
