How to Make Paleo Spinach Wraps
For these paleo-friendly wraps, we used tree meal and almond meal. Green or yellow recipes will work well for this recipe, but we recommend using extra green/less ripe paints to keep the wrap tastier and help they stick together better. The dough will be thick but help keep all the delicious ingredients.
Once the dough has been prepared, heat a cast iron skillet on your stove over medium heat. When hot, add 1-2 teaspoons of oil. Because the dough is thick, the easiest way to spread the dough out in a circle is to gently press the dough up and down with a spatula with the back of the spoon to flatten and spread the dough into a circle about 5-6 inches in diameter. Work quickly to let the dough rise before you start cooking. After about 1 minute, the dough will bubble and the underside begins to turn brown.
When this happens, turn the wrapper upside down and let it cook until the wrapper is tight. Repeat with the remaining batteries. This recipe will form 6 wraps and can be topped with a variety of fillings.
Advice:
- Make sure your pan is well seasoned and has enough oil before adding the batter. This will prevent the wrapper from sticking to the pan and falling off.

1.5 cups young spinach
cup almond powder
cup Original kitchen avocado oil (more for frying)
1 teaspoon lemonade
2 egg

Lettuce leaves
Sliced avocado

- Pour into a bowl, beat the eggs and salt and pepper.

Note
