Trump Media merger partner, DWAC settles with SEC over fraud allegations

WASHINGTON – The Securities and Exchange Commission announced Thursday that it has solve fraud with Digital World Acquisition Corp., the company is looking to bring former President Donald Trump’s social media project to the public.
The announcement came less than a month later SEC charges three Florida men with insider trading in DWAC stock before announcing plans to merge with Trump Communications and Technology Corporation.
Shares of DWAC jumped 30% in extended trading following the SEC announcement.
