Bayern are said to want to add more defensive options this summer. The German side are understood to be interested in Colwill, who they have kept in touch with in the hope of reaching a deal.
It is reported that the German giant has also kept in touch due to stalled negotiations over Tah.
The tweet suggests that while agreeing a deal with Tah is a priority for Bayern, they are yet to reach an agreement with Leverkusen leaving Bayern to consider alternative targets.
Colwill impressed during his loan spell Huddersfield Town And Brighton & Hove Albion, which saw the 21-year-old play regularly at Stamford Bridge last season. Colwill appeared 32 times in all competitions for the Blues last season, attracting the attention of clubs across Europe.
