A heavyweight Trailblazer unit will be hoping to give its T20 Women’s Challenge a winning start when it comes to Supernova in its opening match in Pune on Monday.

Led by Smriti Mandhana, the defending champion boasts a formidable arsenal of polish.

The 25-year-old can count on the services of India teammates Jemimah Rodrigues and Sabineni Meghana, who impressed with her performances on India’s tour of New Zealand ahead of the Women’s World Cup in September. 3 years now, alongside Hayley Matthews and Sophia Dunkley, who can work their way through the lineup.
