The TikToker — who regularly documents her life at the University of Miami — has announced that she will be getting married on TikTok on January 27, although it’s not the usual wedding you’d expect.
“Get ready to celebrate the wedding with me. I’ve been waiting for this day for so long,” Alix said in the clip. “Every year the brothers have a wedding party. And I’m chosen to be the bride, and I’m going to marry my lover Grant.”
And unlike previous brides of the fraternity, Alix decided to go all out, including buying the “ugliest” dress you’ll ever see in your life.
“Usually the girls wear white dresses, and the bridesmaids can wear anything,” she continued. “Not this year, though. I have an actual wedding dress, and all my friends have the same pink bridesmaid dress.”
What else is in store at the ceremony? The 22-year-old said there would be a dome, a team of well-dressed bridesmaids and just “cheesy, fun wedding”.
