This is a really cool use of both train and bike.
I don’t have the kind of skills needed to do it. a bicycle flip, no matter what the circumstances. But I don’t particularly have the skills to do that on the back of a ten-car freight train is movingPolish rider and Crankworkx Triple Crown winner Dawid Godziek worked with his brother Szymon to build a series of special jumps and stunts on the chimney that he could perform. on a moving train. The result is an incredible streak of two-wheeled dominancelike a scene from an intense action movie.
Click play and you’ll probably be completely blown away by the results, you know, if you have a little childish wonder left in your cold heart. Godziek has managed to apply exactly the right speed to match the speed of the train, which means that visually he’s doing all these tricks without moving relative to the landscape. It’s a simple concept in theory, but the ability to assemble all these things, connect them to the train, and do these tricks without colliding and run over by large metal train wheels really impressed me
I don’t know if the zero mph relative speed makes these tricks harder or easier, but it seems like they’ve got it down to a science. I guess it’s a bit like walking backwards on a moving train, not much different than just walking normally. I guess he still needs the same forward speed to move backwards along the train. Maybe I’m overthinking the whole thing. If an airplane was running on a treadmill at 100 mph, would the plane ever take off? Something like that.
What’s more, Godziek had to do all of this while wearing bright orange Prada pants.
