On Friday afternoon in Las Vegas, however, the tension could be cut with the symbolic knife, as both Ryan Garcia and Gervonta Davis weigh in for their scheduled 12th round match, which will take place. out on Saturday night at T-Mobile Arena. Davis-Garcia is not only the biggest fight of 2023, but it could also be a pay-per-view blockbuster, a weird thing these days in the sport of boxing unless it involves a social media star whose last name is Paul.
Garcia was the first to step on the scale. Looks skinny and means he’s registered at 135.5 pounds, within the specified weight limit of 136 pounds. Davis, also looks eager for battle, even weighing in at 135 pounds. However, the real story happens when the two men confront each other. There may not be a legitimate rivalry between the two fighters, but it is certain that these young men were seriously injured and ready to explode as they stood facing each other. Davis went as far as to push Garcia, though the melee would quickly break down.
