The famous three-round annual Suzuki International Series, which includes the world-famous Cemetery Circuit street racing event at Whanganui on Boxing Day, will kick off the busiest period of the year on the New Road Racing calendar. Zealand.

Continuing to maintain the long tradition of the Suzuki International Series in the past, the keen interest of international star riders was also shown once again.

Willacy is not yet authorized to reveal the names of such individuals, with minor details still to be ironed out, but “there are a number of world champions and Isle of Man winners lining up to take part” Suzuki International Series this year.

Suzuki International Series organizer Allan ‘Flea’ Willacy said he was delighted to be able to “work with so many great people” to make the tournament happen again in 2024.

“Suzuki also provided us with a pace car to use on the purpose-built tracks and around the streets of Whanganui and such is their generosity that we have this car available to use. used all year round as we strongly promote this vehicle line. ”

Suzuki New Zealand’s Simon Meade confirmed that support for the series is a priority.

“The inclusive nature of the international competition allows club riders to compete alongside seasoned campaigners and these events are a launching pad for many of our emerging competitors. I.

“We are delighted to provide a platform for motor racing at the highest level.

“The different bike classes offered by the series cater to all motorbike owners and we know this results in the high number of participants we see in the Suzuki International Series each year. That’s what we’re all about, providing something for everyone.”

It’s interesting to note that the same sponsorship from Suzuki New Zealand also allows Kiwi audiences to watch MotoGP races live and on-demand this season on TV Three Now.
