A man named Vivek Chevvakula made it his job to help dogs with plastic bottles stuck on their heads. It happens so often, he’s saved over 25 dogs already! It could all be averted if people took a moment to crush their plastic containers so that hungry strays wouldn’t head inside in search of food…

The hardest part of these rescues is the initial panic when approaching these helpless dogs. They were nervous and couldn’t see what was happening, so it was a race to get it done as quickly as possible. But there is no better feeling in the world than setting them free, according to Vivek. “When I took the bottle off the dog’s head, it made me the happiest.”
