When a Pit Bull is brought to a shelter, it shivers 24 hours a day. She had a stench emanating from her delicate, inflamed skin from scabies. Her swollen feet were full of staph infections, and her puffy eyes were clogged with infectious feces. Given her condition, there was a chance she would have to die. The shelter never named her dying Pit Bull and she spends most of her time hiding behind her lonely cage. One day, a woman named Audra Spurio arrives to adopt a companion dog with her 2-year-old daughter Gigi.

Pit Bull believes she’s undetectable by the rest of humanity, but Gigi points at her and exclaims: “Its mother, that one.“
Gigi tugs on Audra’s coat until she takes her to poor Pit Bull, where Gigi is filled with compassion and gently caresses her. Even after Audra showed Gigi the other dogs, the boy still went back to the ailing Pittie three times and finally begged: “Let the dog out, need help.” Gigi in the yard.

The pair instantly became amazingly close as they played together for hours on end. Pit Bull will always stick to Gigi, and Gigi will constantly remind Audra that “sick dog” Need help.

Audra sobbed and begged her mother to help her puppy as the Pit Bull continued to shake violently every time he was separated from Gigi. Audra complied with Gigi’s sincere plea and brought home Scarlett, a Pit Bull she named after Scarlett O’Connor. The sick dog was finally able to go home when it arrived at the shelter!

Within a week of getting home, Scarlett’s health started to improve! She will spend every waking minute with Gigi and never leave her sight.
