Gainesway Farm Stall McKinzie and Spin to run represented by their first ponies, two pups, both born on 11 January.
Four-time 1st grade winner and millionaire McKinzie’s first pony was a pony born near Lexington at Hill ‘n’ Dale Ranch following the win Midnight Lute mare Withholding information . The foal was the first pony from her dam, a cross between Michael Pegram, Karl Watson and Paul Weitman. Information Witholding is not on the list of many level 1 prize winning mares Executive Privileges (First Samurai ), half-sister with Hoppertunity , the 1st place multiple winner and earned more than $3.5 million on the track.
Pegram, Watson and Weitman also raced McKinzie, Exectuvieprivilege and Hoppertunity.
McKinzie, son of Street Sense out-of-category winner Runway model , retired in 2021 after catching 8 of 18 races and making $3,473,360. He will stand with $30,000 this year.
A big Big Ass fan-winning mare in the 2019 Spun to Run race produced by a Louisiana foal from the winning mare Scat Daddy LA style. The dam is a half-sister with 5 winners including the runners who get a deposit Gettysburg and Devine charger . It was sold to DeAndrea Conway for $6,000 while carrying the Spun to Run at Keeneland’s November 2021 Seed Sale event from Buckland Sales consignment. She has a yearning longing for Tapiture .
Spin to Run (Spin hard ) will cost $10,000 in 2022.
