So far, in our Official Day workout, we’ve been focusing on stretching. We focus on strength training. We even noticed the hula hooping projectile spinning. But we still haven’t covered one of the most important exercise categories of them all: cardio.
This bike does all of that. You know, when we were kids, how did we go out and ride bikes? Over time, we became more and more enthralled with our screens, and the Green Room became less and less appealing. Some of us even think we will burn if exposed to direct sunlight. That’s right. We think.
