Herres said the damage to his e-truck will force him to close his ice cream truck business for the rest of the summer. He said he started the business in May.
“In just 30 seconds, our business was destroyed,” he said.
Herres said he had never seen the woman before Monday.
“I really feel sorry for the kids, and we really want the best for everyone, we want everyone to accept this,” he said.
Before she arrestThe woman allegedly went to a neighbor’s house on the same street as Herres and spilled two propane tanks. The neighbor told police the woman yelled at him before speeding down the street. Police issued her a citation. appear in court on charges of causing minor criminal damage.
