On Wednesday’s Investment Day, Tesla revealed that it will be rolling out the ability to charge your vehicle two-way in the next two years. The technology will be part of the company’s retooling of power electronics. That said, CEO Elon Musk still doesn’t believe electric vehicles with two-way charging would be good for home backup and points to Tesla’s Powerwall on that.

Tesla also confirmed on Wednesday that it is open “select” Turbochargers for fast charging EVs of other brands use the CCS standard—as long as they use the Tesla app. The company late in the day on an Investor Call confirmed the effort now includes 10 locations in the US. Meanwhile, the company is also starting to roll out an adapter and retrofit that will allow some of their vehicles to charge with CCS.

The announcement also includes the rollout of 14,000 supporting charging stations.
