The city’s city and housing community codes seem to target people who like to work from their vehicles or parking lot they are in plain sight, but one side of the sea, California man found a creative way to turn a symbolic bird into these frivolous ciphers. Etienne Constable received a notice from the city ordering him to comply with the restrictive city law parking lot for non-passenger vehicles, and he must store them boat behind a six-foot fence so people on the street can’t see it. Constable found a creative way to comply while still conveying distaste by having a neighbor and muralist paint his new fence to appear invisible. – Logan Carter Read more
