Stranger of Paradise PC specs are out, ahead of next week’s launch
This is the hardware you need to experience the original story of Final Fantasy
Latest Final Fantasy spinoff will release next week. Prior to that, Square Enix released PC requirements for Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin.
On the minimum side, an AMD Ryzen 5 1400 or Intel Core i7-6700 with 8 GB of RAM will be needed to run it. Players will also need at least a Radeon RX 470 or GTX 1060 6GB for the power of the graphics card.
The recommended settings, for 1080p and 60fps, would need to be a bit more powerful than that. For CPU, AMD Ryzen 5 1600 or Intel Core i7-8700 sets the Recommended level along with 16 GB RAM. And for the graphics card, it’s the RX 5700 XT or the GTX 1660 Super.
Either way, Stranger of Paradise will also require 80 GB of disk space. Best delete that now, ahead of time.
Introducing the minimum and recommended specs for playing Stranger of Paradise @FinalFantastic Origins, available March 18.

Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin Is one Exclusive Epic Game Store at launch, there doesn’t appear to be any plans to launch Steam at this time. The Final Fantasy VII Remake also has its first entry to only on Epic in December, so this seems to be a trend. The Pixel Remaster The series has already launched on Steam, so if you’re not an Epic fan, there’s still some hope for alternatives somewhere along the way.
This latest spin-off, Stranger of Paradise, is a bit strange. It comes from Team Ninja, the creators of Nioh series. And instead of the standard RPG, this game has a slightly more action-packed approach, as well as a very… different tone from what you’d normally expect.
In my opinion, different is good, so Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin Completely within my reach. The new spin-off will launch for PlayStation, Xbox, and PC on March 18.
