He reached this milestone on 23 April 2022 playing for the Gujarat Titans against the Kolkata Knight Riders in New Mumbai. In the history of IPL cricket, only two bowlers have done this in fewer matches – Lasith Malinga in 70 games and Bhuvneshwar Kumar in 82 games. However, among the shooters, Rashid Khan was the fastest along with Amit Mishra. Incidentally, of the 17 pitchers to date who have won 100 or more shots in IPL cricket, Rashid Khan, at 23, is the youngest to reach the milestone to date. No other bowler can do so under the age of 26.

3 Number of centuries by KL Rahul against the Mumbai Indians. This makes him the first smasher in IPL cricket history to achieve this feat against a specific opponent. Incidentally, Virat Kohli and Rahul are currently the only players to register two centuries against one opponent in the same season. As for the record, both Shane Watson and Jos Buttler, who have four centuries of IPL, managed to go up against four different opponents.
416.67 The hit rate achieved by Sunrisers’ Shashank Singh in his blistering hit was 25 out of 6 balls against the Gujarat Titans at Wankhede Stadium on April 27, 2022. This is currently the second fastest. two for any batter with at least 25 runs in an IPL Match. However, it was the fastest Indian player in the tournament since the start.

David Warner, during his 42-year stint for Delhi Capitals at Wankhede Stadium on April 28, 2022, tallied more than 1000 race runs against the Kolkata Knight Riders.
