Independent title Sports story didn’t have the best start to last year when it was overshadowed. Since then, Sidebar Games has been working hard to come up with a number of fixes. With this in mind, Version 1.0.5 will be released in the near future.
The patch notes for this update have been released and interestingly there are more changes to the “Developer Secret Room” listed. Here is the full summary:

Secret Dev Room
- The developer secret room has been removed 80%.
- The Secret Dev Room Secret Access has been patched.
- Restore regular access to the secret developer room.
miscellaneous
- Fixed an issue where fishing caused players to float in the air.
- Updated background for the Wildlands trash challenge.
- Several multiplayer golf issues resolved
- Fixed some places where players could get stuck while exploring
- Fixed crash when loading files.
- Perfect golf swings are rewarded with exceptional sound.
- Golf power shot hits a bit further.
- Rustling Vale’s chipping challenges will appear after leaving the area.
We reached out to developer Sidebar Games last month about Secret Dev Room updates and received the following response:
“Unfortunately, we can’t comment on the origin of the developer secret room. Efforts are being made to remove it from the game but that’s proving difficult due to the way the game is structured. program.”
