Smoked Salmon Dip – A Beautiful Mess
Nothing makes me feel more fancy than crafting a delicious, restaurant-worthy appetizer or dipping party at home. This smoked salmon dish perfectly fits the bill. While it feels great to wear and tastes great, it’s super easy to make.
If you want an even simpler version of this dip with a nice presentation, try this recipe for Salmon mousse for hair. We served it at my wedding.
The smoked salmon dip is made with cream cheese, sour cream, smoked salmon, lime juice, cumin, capers, and a few optional seasonings (plus salt). It’s that simple!
I want more everything seasoning bagels Top with dip before serving. It’s a fun presentation and the taste of this dip is like something you could smear on bagels.
Though, if you’re thinking lox and cream cheese bagels, I guess I should point out that lox and smoked salmon aren’t the same thing. They are similar in that they are both processed salmon, but smoked salmon gets some extra flavor from the smoking process.
So if you’re shopping for ingredients, look for smoked salmon for this dip, not lox.
To prepare this smoked salmon, all you have to do is add all the ingredients food processor and blend together. That’s it! Throwing this together before throwing a party couldn’t be easier.
