Serena Williams, Alexis Ohanian and daughter Olympia are taking advantage of the last few weeks of their family of three with an extended honeymoon in Italy. So far, the family has toured the sites with a private tour of the Uffizi Gallery in Florence and spent a night out in Bologna, in addition to several other adventures along the way. On Friday, June 16, Williams shared a series of photos on Instagram revealing how she combined holiday fun with the comforts of her honeymoon.
For a split second, Williams wore a lavender dress that showed off her growing pregnant belly, but instead of pairing the outfit with uncomfortable shoes, she opted for a pair of bright pink Crocs. “A night out in Bologna with some comfy shoes and @alexisohanian,” she captioned her post.
Williams and her family have been posting photos from their two-week tour of Italy. Ohanian first shared their honeymoon moment on June 3 when he posted a selfie on his and Williams’ desk on his Instagram. “OOO: Popular on Babymoon 2 📸 She asked for a selfie so I took the mirror.” Two days later, he posted a carousel of photos from his family’s private tour of the Uffizi Gallery, while the retired tennis star joked about how active baby number two was. on her net. “CAUTION: Things aren’t always what they seem. I’m really trying to figure out if the baby is in front or… in the back. …slide to the right,” she wrote.
Ohanian joined the fun with a comment of his own. “This kid somehow kicks more than Olympia. Everywhere 🤪,” he wrote on his wife’s post.
The couple revealed they are expecting their second child at the 2023 Met Gala in May. Williams and Ohanian shared the moment they told Olympia she was going to be the eldest in a YouTube video. “Remember how you prayed for a sister or brother?” Williams asked his daughter. “Well, we went to the doctor, and it turns out I’m not getting fat. But I have a baby in my belly.” Olympia cheerfully replied, “Are you kidding me?”
