Kenya Moore's Ex Marc Daly Will Pay THIS In Child Support

Marc Daly’s child support agreement is revealed

PEOPLE reported that Daly and Moore finalized their divorce in December 2020. However, the terms of the couple’s divorce were settled this week, as well as the amount of money Daly will hand over monthly. Marc agreed to pay $2,000 to support Brooklyn’s living expenses. Additionally, he will pay Kenya $1,000 monthly, which will be deposited into a savings account for her college fund. Furthermore, divorce documents say Marc “must provide proof and a start date of January 2024 – meaning his total contributions must be $12k ($12,000) for the year.”

The former couple will also share legal custody of Brooklyn. This will allow the businessman to consider important decisions regarding Brook. However, Kenya will maintain primary custody. The judge declared that Kenya would have “the final decision-making power to sign, monitor and control every economic opportunity for [Brooke].”

Furthermore, Moore will “only” manage “economic opportunities” over the next two years. Then the old couple will have to “participate in mediation to further determine final decision-making authority.” The judge added, “…if the Parties cannot reach an agreement, they will have to go to court.”

Kenya will cover the insurance costs but they will split the costs that the insurance does not cover. Neither Daly nor Moore received spousal support.

The judge tries to ensure each person will have a healthy relationship with Brooklyn

As The Shade Room previously reported, the couple’s divorce was quite messy. Things got so bad that it seemed like the judge wanted to make sure their personal relationship with Brook remained unharmed. Judge “…order that both parties shall encourage the minor to develop a close nurturing relationship with the other party and that each party shall refrain from conduct that does or may weaken the positive relationship between the minor adolescents and the other party.”

Marc and Kenya got married on June 10, 2017. They broke up after two years. She told PEOPLE in 2019 that she “…don’t get married to give up.” She added, “I love my husband. I don’t doubt that he loves me. I believe in better and worse and I believe in trying it all before you go, especially when we have a the child and we are a family.
