Capcom dropped a small bomb in Resident Evil The demo stream on October 20, 2022. After previewing the new features of Resident Evil Village Gold Editionthe company let the audience know that a playable demo for the game was available.
Playable demo for Resident Evil Village Gold Edition Now available on PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X | S, Xbox One and PC via Steam. It lasts about 60 minutes and allows players to play in both the newly added first-person and third-person modes.
There’s more than that Gold version more than that, though. In all games, including the base game and Winters’ expansion DLC, three additional game modes are added. Players can take advantage of the additional distance of Third-Person Mode for a more action-game feel. Then there’s the Mercenary Supplemental Orders mode which is a combat-oriented mode that allows players to play as Chris Redfield, Karl Heisenberg and the legendary tall lady Alcina Dimitrescu.
The core of the expansion, however, is “Shadows of Rose,” a new single-player story campaign featuring Rose, Ethan’s daughter. See the story trailer below.
